All the solid wood bedroom and dining room furniture was custom built in San Jose and bolted strongly together. Much more expensive than the original bungalow furniture.
All the bedrooms and the living room have ceiling fans, but most importantly all have recently replaced INVERTER AIR CONDITIONERS,
which are the type that will save you $$$.
The main AC was replaced two months ago and works incredible for the main room with it's powerful 18000 BTU, that really impresses the Floridian owners.

The master bedroom AC was replaced one year ago for a 9000 BTU.
The whole Bungalow was cleaned and repainted with our Costa Rican pricing, 1 1/2 years ago for only $1,175.

A new 1 horsepower water pump was installed one year ago for $750.
And our super comfy new double couch set is only 1 year old, was $1,200.
Remember that only the back row of the Bungalows offer a very special treat to birdwatchers and nature lovers, very spacious balconies which will offer you dusk and dawn bird songs, as well as providing extra living space and privacy with large sliding glass doors .
To me, the most impressive thing about this bungalow is the Owners' pride and joy in all of the wall art and objects,
