After 17 years of living in the Hermosa Beach Bungalows, I finally moved to Jaco North, and it also is great.  I have a different beach that fondles the estuary it borders,
different gorgeous views of all types (amazing sunsets to green tainted mini mountains covered with trees &  teeming with multi-species of wild life.................lots of jokes here) 
BUT YES, I miss Playa Hermosa, and I know it will rise in value,
shortly after many of Jaco's new condos are open for business!!!

Playa Hermosa / Hermosa Beach, Garabito, Puntarenas, in Costa Rica's Central Pacific area, is only 10 minutes to the south of Jaco beach, but "worlds apart" and incredibly popular with retirees, families with young kids, surfers young and old, and beachcombers like me. Right now prices are great! 

I have seen many families visit Hermosa de Jaco, and after their second visit they express interest in purchasing a vacation / 2nd home / rental income maker in a nice quiet tropical beach paradise. Act now while it's a Buyers Market and while there are still some pre-sales as brand new condos are being built, beachfront Playa Hermosa, prices starting at $293,000.

The following section of Hermosa has a small road that parallels the beautiful Pacific, and passes by Playa Hermosa's beachfront communities. 

Beginning with the popular 26 Hermosa Beach Bungalows (where the CR BEACH office is), followed by 2 new spectacular condo projects I will soon be listing; then 4 Sunrise Beachfront homes, and then lovely Hermosa Palms beachfront community.

On the opposite, non-beach side of the freeway are a number of other Playa Hermosa communities, including Valle Perdido, Opera Salvaje, and Villas Pacifica, with more being planned.
