For many people who love the Central Pacific, Costa Rica beach area,

some fine restaurants and bars; and even a police department
(just like Andy of Mayberry with their own Barney Fife).

The mountainous area to the east of the highway offers lovely ocean and mountain views at some of the best pricing found in Costa Rica!
