Jeff's Bio:

I have loved living in Costa Rica since 1993, and I enjoy helping people discover the beauty and charm of life at the beach and knowing that their investment decisions will be rewarded in multitudes of ways.

After meeting a Tica-Gringa in L.A., we moved down here in November of 1993, we were married in 1994, and I received my residency shortly thereafter.
In those days, Costa Rica offered 3 channels for cable TV, finding a “snickers” was like winning the lottery, home phone lines took years to obtain, and very few had ever heard the word “mall”.

My, how times have changed!!!
And while some may think Costa Rica is paradise, or others too much like the States, my sentiments lay in the middle. It’s a great place to live; it has many comforts of home, but everyday there are reminders that you are “not in Kansas anymore”.
Moving to or investing in the Central Pacific coast area of Jaco, or Playa Hermosa, or Los Suenos Herradura, or Esterillos, or Bejuco is like making your vacation dreams become a reality. And this area really offers so many things to do, thanks to the Jaco Chamber of Commerce, and the Women's Group, as you'll see on our website. ..
